Leadership Development
Sean Wilton
Facilitator, Actor & Writer
A bit more about me ...
Sean is a corporate actor, facilitator and writer, he trained as an actor at the Guildford School of Acting. He went on to spend many years in theatre in the UK regions and the West End, on television, and in films. He now uses the communication skills he learned and honed from acting and applies these to supporting corporate clients to develop and achieve their goals.
One of his specialisms is drama-based training incorporating role play, as both a corporate role player and a facilitator. He helps individuals understand their impact on others, and improve their personal impact, communication, and influencing skills. His other specialism is presentation skills and public speaking. He works across all sectors, at all levels, and globally.
He has had the privilege to work with many GB Paralympic and Olympic athletes helping them craft and develop their stories, and build their confidence with their delivery, so they are able to communicate their authentic selves to any audience. He is a passionate advocate that we should celebrate and build on what we do well, as well as challenge ourselves to take a risk that may take us to the next level.
Sean lives by the sea in Ramsgate with his husband, two chilled Scottish Fold cats and one very lively Miniature Dachshund called Margo. He moved there two years ago and loves it, as he always wanted to live by the sea – and it’s lived up to its promise in every way – Kent sunsets are just the best! Sean is also writing his first book. Watch this space…
