Padraig is not only a chartered organisational psychologist with over 15 years of experience in helping individuals and organisations to improve their performance; he is also the Founder of Neary Associates.

 

He has a passion and focus on leveraging evidence based psychology to enable improvements to the leadership and culture of organizations.

 

He is an experienced facilitator and business coach who works to support and challenge individuals or teams to be the best they can be. He has experience working for one of the Big 4 professional services firms, along with sector experience in banking and financial services, oil and gas, tech, pharma, retail, logistics, engineering, defence, public sector, sports and not-for-profit organisations.

 

Padraig holds a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Occupational Psychology as well as qualifications in Management, Coaching & Sport Psychology.

 

Padraig spends his free time enjoying Gaelic football and rugby, trying to develop his DIY skills and reducing his Parkrun time.
