Kaye Bateman

Kaye’s passion is helping people build and lead teams in a way that maximises the output that the team as a whole can achieve whilst also nurturing each individual with the team.

She started her career as an audit professional within Deloitte. In 2000 she switched careers to follow her passion for helping others grow and develop and has been working in the learning and development space ever since.  

​

Kaye specialises in working with clients on leadership, management and team building skills such as coaching and communication.  

She facilitates training courses all over the UK, as well as overseas in Europe and Africa, plus, has extensive experience delivering virtually, and has been truly amazed at what can be achieved online. 

​

She began coaching in 2003 and is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. She coaches a wide variety of clients from senior management in multinational corporates to smaller organisations and charities. 

​

Outside work, Kaye lives in Hampshire with her husband, Ralph and her two teenage boys. She loves travelling and is at her happiest meeting new people and exploring new places.
