With 20 years of experience specialising in learning and development within the professional services arena, I have extensive experience to draw upon to help your business bring out the full potential of your people.
I work with companies to understand their strategy and priorities, so that I can design learning solutions and leadership development programs that meet their needs.
I complement leadership development programs with individual one to one coaching to tailor an individual's development to their specific needs.

I qualified as a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Advisor and worked in a client facing role advising companies on business issues. This gives me an exceptional understanding of business and enables me to work with companies to translate their business priorities into learning solutions.

I am passionate about leadership development and truly love what I do. I get energised delivering training programmes and helping others develop. I delight in seeing someone get that lightbulb moment! For me it is very important that participants enjoy their learning experience, that way they are much more likely to remember it and put it into practise.

For the last ten years I've worked in a global environment and helped individuals and teams work effectively across borders and understand differences in culture and communication.
